Helpdesk Service

We are able to offer a complete helpdesk and first line user support service. The helpdesk is staffed by qualified IT training professionals who are able to assist, either over the phone or by means of remote control software, the user through any level of problem from arranging icons on the desktop and spell checking a word processed document through to assistance installing new applications. The service is inexpensively priced at £10 per computer per month. Our personal approach enables us to tailor the support to each customer's specific requirements.

Helpdesk & Admin Support

In Addition to the standard heldesk service we are able to take responsibility completely for your day to day user administration, such as creating new user accounts or even restarting agreed servers / services. Should on-site assistance be required we can liase directly with your chosen IT support provider to manage both each individual visit and the workload. First Point of Contact

Many organisations employ staff directly to take responsibility for their IT support and development. However their time is often wasted "Fire Fighting" the everyday user support problems. Support Unlimited.s helpdesk can assume responsibility as the first point of contact for all your user.s IT problems. We can then as necessary escalate these to in-house personnel where required, filtering out the problems not worthy of their attention and resolving many of the time consuming "five minute issues" that often occur, thus ensuring that your in house staff are available to deal with ongoing maintenance and development of your systems.
